Some products show up everywhere: subway ads, Instagram, celeb endorsements. With this series, we’re testing such products to conclude one thing: Does it live up to the hype?

Entireworld has become one of the most coveted brands for something on everyone’s minds (err, bodies) lately: sweatsuits. Their pastel-hued sweatpants and sweatshirts, which have been seen on some of the most famous people on Instagram and IRL, can’t stop selling out.

Let’s be real for a second: By now, your favorite pair of jeans is probably collecting dust, while you don yet another pair of sweatpants to your next Zoom meeting. There’s no shame in that, especially since we’re all stuck inside for the time being — but since we’re all wearing sweats, why not make them a little more fashionable?

That’s where Entireworld steps in. This loungewear brand’s aesthetically pleasing sweatsuits and fashion-savvy founder, Scott Sternberg, have been featured in Goop, The New York Times, GQ, and Travel+Leisure, to name a few, making their mark as the millennial-approved loungewear brand that you’ll want to be seen in.

But not only are their sweatsuits stylish enough to make it onto your Instagram grid, they’re also comfy enough to actually lounge in, and are made from sustainable materials.

True life: I’m one of those few people who actually likes to dress up, so staying inside and going nowhere has definitely put a damper on things, and my fashion aesthetic has slowly transformed from dresses and high heels to old sweatpants and T-shirts from my college days. Though lounging around all day is a nice change of pace for the time being, the inner fashionista in me is craving something a little more exciting in my wardrobe (and my barren Instagram feed).

But, as we all know, fashion and comfort seldom go hand in hand — that is, until I discovered Entireworld, of course. Though the brand makes an array of (really cool) button-ups, dresses, and more, their most iconic pieces are also their simplest: their impressive array of sweatpants and sweatsuits.

What’s so special about these sweats? At first look, they may seem like your run-of-the-mill basics, but two things make them stand out. They come in a bunch of retro technicolor hues — to the fashion savvy, that’s a big reasonand they’re made out of organic cotton and recycled polyester. Because of their trendy appearance and sustainable ethos, Entireworld has been seen on the vast majority of Instagram’s cool kids, such as Alyssa Coscarelli, and the brand has also launched some trippy, nostalgia-inducing campaigns featuring Kirsten Dunst. Once I saw celebs like Dunst, Jenny Slate, and Amy Schumer backing the brand, I just had to give these sweats a try myself.

I received the Loop Back Sweatshirt and Loop Back Sweatpants, both in white and size medium. At first, I thought the sweatpants would be a little too big, but they fit exactly how I like them: slightly tighter on my bum (I have assets that I would like to show off, no matter how leisurely I’m dressed), and loose everywhere else. The sweatshirt was slightly roomier than I’d like it to be, so I’ll order a size down next time.

But, the soft material definitely made up for any fit issues. Once I slipped into the sweats, I felt like I was wrapped up in a comfy cloud, thanks to its sustainable organic cotton. Unlike most sweatpants and sweatshirts, this suit didn’t cause any actual sweating. The material felt breathable while still staying warm during a brisk spring day. Even if I looked like I put hours of thought into my outfit, I felt like I had just rolled out of bed in the best way possible.

Overall, I was obsessed with the look of this sweatsuit and how easy it was to style. I felt like a ‘90s backup dancer for TLC, and embodied my new cool-and-casual persona with a few accessories: my nameplate necklace, the Cariuma IBI sneakers in Rose Knit, and a pair of Quay Australia Farrah sunglasses to top off the look.

Finally, after years of wearing stilettos and tight dresses in the name of fashion, I found a sweatsuit that lets me look as dressed up (or down) as I’d like to be.

If you want your leisurewear to be as Insta-worthy as it is comfy, then this is the sweatsuit for you. There’s a reason why Entireworld can’t keep their famous sweatpants and sweatshirts in stock. It’s because they’re a trifecta of comfy, stylish, and eco-friendly.

So now, you can finally bid adieu to your old sweats with holes in them (no shame, we all have them) and elevate your at-home look to a more stylish level.
